While mindless snacking is hardly endorsed, popcorn is. Get the kind without loads of butter and salt, so you can control what you’re eating. Popped popcorn is relatively good for you, with lots of fiber and not much else. Tonight I opted for “light butter” popcorn and added cinnamon and black pepper – like a Spanish latte but cornier. Ha. Haha.
